Thanks for all your hard work on this. This program has grown a lot in a short time, since V0.4, which I was using until last week. I like the ftp function, it is very convenient. I did notice that 0.9 beta3 is a little buggy, and since you were asking for beta testers I thought I would offer my help. I've been using the program in windows XP but can also test in windows 7. I noticed that there seems to be an issue with the length of filenames, I get an unhandled exception if its too long, this has specifically been a problem if the folder with the content in it has a title update included. In addition when trying to use the CONmass resigner, I have been running into cases where it will only resign the first file in the list(this was specifically happening with saves) and the resigner seemed to corrupt a few of the files that I attempted to resign as well. FTP seems pretty reliable, I have used it to transfer several GBs at once and it went smoothly, however when trying to transfer a large number of files (~50GB worth) the program stopped responding at some point, I gave it maybe ~30 minutes figuring that it might still be doing its thing in the background but the xbox free space remained constant so I had to force quit the program.
The only thing I think this program is missing (and its really a non-critical issue) is for it to remember the last folder location when you click to add a folder. I also noticed it doesn't seem to report the status of files as locked or unlocked anymore, I was dissapointed to find that seemed to be taken out.
I hope my input is useful to you, and if you needs more detail/logs on specific cases let me know and I will see what I can get together for you.

I'm unsure if this is a new or a known bug as I'm a lil new to this myself but it appears that if a game folder has the folder 00020000 inside it Yaris-Swap errors out.

For example, After Burner Climax (58410A06) has a folder containing a Gamer Picture Pack and it appears to be crashing Yaris-Swap out for me but LeFluffie is able to open and tell me what the file is.

If you want anymore information please feel free to ask. :)

sometimes yaris-swap 0.9 beta 3 does not patch the whole given path.
i tried to patch the path multiple times.

@Zouzzz:
Can you add a TitleID patch option? It should be useful for re-organizing Avatar items since they need to be placed in their own TitleID folder respectively. By changing the TitleID you'd have the possibility to place them into one single TitleID folder.

I tried it by hand and it worked out so far. LIVE files have 2 TitleID occurrences (0x360, 0x3ED), PIRS have 1 (0x360). Header checksum has to be corrected afterwards (should be done by X360.dll).

What do you think?

Hey Man awesome work, and thank you.

Question: Can you add an option to change the CONSOLE ID too. Some saves games on some games actually require this.
